Creative Nation are Alex Jeffery and Alice Whitney. They work both individually and collaboratively to produce, facilitate and advise.
Their work both individually and together has spanned the creative industries in all all its forms and has included outreach and engagement of diverse audiences across a wide variety of disciplines and settings.
They have worked both client and agency side; on commercial and publicly funded projects including one off projects and events to recurring programmes of high profile and public activities. You name it, they have probably been there! More about us both below.
Alex Jeffery
Alex has extensive creative, production and marketing expertise having worked in the creative sector for over 25 years. Developing and delivering work for renowned global agencies, broadcasters, brands and artists.
From Creative Producer to Head of Content he has experience of delivering content and social at speed and volume for a range of sectors. He’s also created work that’s in the Billion Views Club.
Passionate about mentoring the next generation, he’s run Film Academies for the British Film Institute and mentors creative students. He actually started life as sculptor and also has work featured in Google Arts & Culture.
In his spare time he also composes music and has worked with Mercury award-winning producers and Platinum-selling producers.

Alice Whitney
Alice is an executive creative producer and facilitator with over 25 years of experience across a broad portfolio. She has gained extensive C-Suite and governance experience working both at executive level with clients and across various trustee and board roles.
With a reputation for ‘getting things done’, inspiring and enabling others and possessing an enviable little black book, Alice’s work is focused on bringing people together to collectively explore projects and ideas – and to get and keep them moving.
An experienced coach and mentor, she has a strong track record across talent and sector development, from working with emerging talent to regional development and placemaking.
Alice brings a unique blend of creativity, strategic thinking, leadership, and a strong track record of successful partnership working.
